Personally, I feel like an Important issue that needs more awareness on would be mental health issues increasing among young people leading to a rise in suicide as well. This topic would be essential since it can have a better impact in our society and many people face issues like depression and especially during the pandemic when people face economic issues and deaths of loved ones.
Today at Techie youth I learned about how there are methods of fundraising such as crowdfunding, Hosting a virtual/online event, and Celebrities and influencers seeking support of their followers. I also learned how employees can get a certain grant and certain benefits for volunteering their own time. Negative aspects of buying targeted emails list is that many of these lists are not opt-in, which may be against can-spam regulations, and using them might potentially harm your company's reputation. Receiving these emails can irritate customers and increase the likelihood that spam complaints will be made against your company.
Today at Techie youth I focused on retaking my quizzes as well as taking more quizzes as soon as I finished making up the quizzes enough to pass. I did find it to be difficult but I continue taking notes on the subject and re watching videos in order to answer the question correctly. On one of the quizzes, called REIT (Real estate investment trust) I learned how the difference of investing REIT vs physical real estate is that REIT are traded on stock exchanges similar to like amazon or apple, I kept on researching these questions from quizzes and I understand most of them but I still need to learn certain terms such as "Cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations."

I have done volunteering work at a hospital for around 8 hours a day during summer and it was a good experience since I got experience in an office working on emails and paper work.

This is helpful since you are able to promote your own skill that many people are looking for in these application which is why its essential to have a very organized profile with a high description of the services you offer and the skills you acquire including background information or educational level you have achieved and so on.
Today at Techie youth I learned about uploading my design on redbubble. On redbubble, you are able to place your design on many objects like pillows, clocks, hats, phone cases, stickers, and masks. They also have car stickers, magnet stickers and hydro flasks stickers. I first made an account up and I did remember that two years ago I did make a redbubble account and I would upload money heist designs and I did sell one pillow case and got 5 dollars in profit. For this years design I went ahead to upload my dress artwork onto a hat and put it up for sale.
Today at Techie youth I learned about selling art online. This reminded of the assignment I did for digital good because for that assignment I turned in an NFT I uploaded and it was art related. For this assignment I am suppose to upload an art design on art designing selling platforms. I am most familiar with redbubble. For this assignment I feel like it could be connected with uploading similar designs as I did with the NFT one I have worked on but I will do something different. Redbubble is by far the easiest website I feel like its good to promote your designs on. Its very accessible to many items you can place your designs on and get good sales.
Today at Techie Youth I went in more in depth on my understanding of stocks. I looked over a variety of stocks in my Robin Hood account. I looked and tried to understand the correlations of the value of my stocks and how it correlates with the economy situation we are currently facing especially with the inflation. I did noticed that the value of the stocks currently has decreased. I did do an analysis of this for my assignment and posted a reddit that talks about my prediction of a group of stocks I have picked out as well as cryptos.
Today at Techie Youth I went in more in depth about REIT ( Real estate investment trust). I learned more about the pros and cons of this and the difference between REIT and physical forms of real estate investing. I also learned how you aren't taxed as much when investing in REIT vs Phsyical forms of REIT. Investing in REIT does have high risk even though you could receive high returns. 90% of the earnings made by publicly traded REITs must be distributed right away to investors in the form of dividends, potential for significant risk, and fees.

Then I learned about the advantages and disadvantages of fundraising. Humanities majors are most likely linked into fundraising and including teachers and people associated with business. Fundraisers professionals earn about 70,000 but there are some that earn about a million dollars but that is found to be very rare. Some disadvantages of becoming a fundraiser is that they can become overworked and underpaid. There is a site for volunteer matching for non profit organization. I feel like one issue that needs to have more awareness on would be mental health in adolescents especially because of the pandemic there has to be funding in research as well as mental facilities.

For this assignment I went ahead and created an NFT account on niftygateway.com. then I watched a few tutorials on how to get started. Nfts are also usually brought with crypto like ETH (ethereum). I needed to download Coinbase wallet in order to have everything set up. Then I opened up an account on rarible and then I connected my wallet there (Coinbase). Afterwards I uploaded my nft creation and put it up for sale. I also beforehand needed a robinhood account just to track the crypto prices. I have also learned how people can add nfts as part of their businesses and it can help shoot up the sales of their nft collection. An example of this can be that for every nft a jewelry business sells can include a piece of jewelry. I decided to start on creating a cat collection for my NTF and uploaded a link on my first creation I made on rarible.
Today at Techie Youth I learned more about advertising in depth. You can advertise your business product/services in social media platform which has been proven to be very effective. Before I watched videos under this topic, the only advertising in social media that I thought was effective was on tiktok (creating tiktok videos on the business product or service you provide) it seems to be an effective advertising strategy. You can advertise in Facebook and they do cost around depending on how long they are up for or by the amount of views you get. The factors of the Ad sets includes, the audience, placements and budget/schedule. Instagram has video ads that people can set up and it shows up in peoples feeds. There is also a hashtag method for instagram that helps boost up your views. For Facebook you can also target the location of where you want your ads to reach.

You can get this by playing virtual games and build up a collection of trading cards.You can buy cards in order to have sets and once you have completed a set you receive a badge. You can sell these cards in the steam community market. These cards can be converted to gems in order to sell and the steam marketplace charge fees. A subscription box model is when they deliver your product or idea to you customers. This is more effective for a smaller audience. The Netflix model is effective for video creators and it lets you create context for your audience (e learn, fitness and yoga) better for high quality context creator for a higher percentage of profitable business. You can create independent movies or tv shows and have your own Netflix subscription going on.
Today at Techie youth, I have learned about creating digital assets. there are various of digital assets such as: e-books, webinars, online course creation, podcasts, stock photos and other medias, mobil app, video games, social media filters etc...Video games seems pretty interesting to me although it requires an amount of skills to become a game developer. There's a few common ways towards selling digital assets. one way that I am familiar web is advertising through the Facebook market. Facebook is still one of the most used social medias so they do have an effective advertising ad campaigns. There is also a sales funnel, a technique to attract customers into whatever you are advertising by offering a discount or a good deal and it they are satisfied then that will turn them into a loyal customer.
Today at Techie Youth I have learned the steps into creating your business and knowing how to introduce your business to other people. It is essential to have partners because it is nearly impossible to do it by yourself. I have also learned how to create an executive summary which is a summary of your business plan. A business plan can be hundreds of pages long but an executive summary can shorten it to the essential main points of your business. This summary includes the long term and short term goals that the business has. Each section of your summary should have its own header or paragraph description. There are five main components of the sections that the summary consist of which includes: mission statement, company history and leadership, competitive advantage overview, financial projections, and company goals. I have also learned how it is crucial to find a strong mechanism into getting your product into a goo investor.
I have learned how Elon Musk mindset on dedicating yourself towards a business goal. I learned how he would rent a studio and spend most of his time coding and how he would only shower in the YMCA. It's essential to surround yourself with hardworking people and to focus on the main goal and to have passion for it. I have also learned how Elon Musk wouldn't invest in advertising but would much rather invest in his product/company in order to make it stand out more. It's also very important to be creative and to accept new challenges in order to strength your mind. I have also learned certain tactics to win people over. A video I watched described how people like people that don't hold grudges and people that forgive them. It demonstrates how its essential to be aware of how you present yourself to other people because it shows how highly they would think of you or of your business proposals. It's crucial to maintain a positive image of yourself to other people and to accept people for who they are and take interest in other people. It is also better to find common ground with other people and demonstrate some genuine interest in what they like. This can help build up communication within other people that can benefit you.

This is true because I once almost fell into one them. There is this company that states that there are multi-millionaires mentors teaching people how to trade in the market that can potentially prepare themselves when In reality these videos are not helpful at all and charge people around 200 a month. There is also robot scams. I learned how a Forex robot is a trading program that opens and closes transactions using algorithms as technical indications. Currently, almost every stock is down and many investors are worried. This could be due to the inflation that we are currently facing. It's crucial to research each stock that you are willing to invest in. Every stock you invest in are very risky and require knowledge in order to reduce losing money or committing a falling knife. A falling knife is when a stock dips and you buy that dip because you expect to make profit from it but instead it dips again and you buy that dip and it falls again and it never recovers.
