What I learned today is about prerequisites to getting employed. That there are accounts such as LinkedIn to help you find a job. That you’ll also need a capable resume even if you have limited or no work experience your able to create a resume. I also learned about correspondence which has a positive and negative impact.
I learned that a business model is a company’s core strategy for profitably doing business. A business model also is a high level plan. I also learned that pricing and cost are two important levers of a business model. I learned about information that is in a business model which is it includes products or services the business plan to sell, target markets and any anticipated expenses. I also learned about running ads on Instagram which is owned by Facebook.
I learned about digital nomad and sales funnel. I learned that it is also easier to become a digital nomad than location independent. I learned that the sales funnel is each step that someone has to take in order to become your customer. I also learned about the four stages of prospective customer’s mindset. which is AIDA which is awareness , interest, decision and action.
I learned a lot these past four days at techie youth. I’ve learned that working remotely has its perks such as independence and increases productivity. There’s no commute if you work remotely. I also learned about credit cards and credit card payments. I’ve also learned about the differences of a Checking and saving account. I’ve learned that a credit card is to improve your credit score but also comes with a bill that you should pay on time to keep you credit score up. Credit card is a card you should use once or twice not daily. The difference between Checking and saving account that I learned is checking account few limits on withdrawals while a savings account has limited number of withdrawal per month. Savings account is meant to hold / save your money meanwhile che king account lets you access easily. I’ve also learned how to create a capable resume using the tips techie youth gave me.
