I learned that being a good cop and bad cop are apart of being a good leader and business owner as well as manager.You need to learn to be both at times and know the cons of each one.The good cop will be more likely to let things slide like a employee underperforming while a bad cop won’t.I also learned that you need to learn how to surround yourself in a good social circle of people who have status and align with your motives
