today i continued webdev again but there were differences as there were things like version control and hosting. while i knew about git it was interesting to learn about a competing tech.
Today I continued webdev, now the videos started to get more into the html and css but still pretty basic so far.I also am working on revising my executive summery.
Today there was once again more information to run a buisness but there was more of a focus on business is with employes. I also started the webdev course but I already learnt most of it.
These past two days (forgot to write blog post yesterday) I went through more videos in the entrepreneurship series, todays specifically focusing on legality of opening a business in practice. I learnt the difference between LLCs, Series A and Series B businesses.
I enjoyed how there were a couple of mit’s videos explaining in fine details the exact mechanics of what it takes to be an entrepreneur. Overall it was interesting to see different peoples perspectives on how to reach the entrepreneur status.
I found this topic to be the most interesting so far, it really opened my mind to how every random topic seems to have a website or two associated with it. I have always wondered at if making my own site would be worth even attempting it once and I thought the videos did a good job showing how.
There was a lot of interesting info in todays lessons. There were videos on how to spend money effectively. I particularly enjoyed the one by Graham Stephen.
There were a wide range of topics covered in the lessons everything from receiving online payments to building a resume. The part I found most interesting was the interview with the people from Wordpress . Overall there was a lot of information in the few hours I did so far.
