IPO – In an IPO, you sell a portion of your company in the public markets.when making a exit strategy one thing that should be done is locate individual who are worthy and are key players,come to an understanding of the recent exit strategies and who’s buying the product and why, and finally look at the trends going on within the company to figure out who your gonna do business with 2-3 individuals. and to find two individuals you are able to with stand and work with and some one who is trustworthy and reliable.
After viewing several videos from tech Yuval learned that the right template to construct your résumé and dad how it’s important that when you’re applying to certain job the previous job or skill you have should be on top of your résumé because that’s what interviewers look for. Also another thing I learned is when I’m in a business it’s good to give back to your workers and not be so cheap and really put thought into the gifts and layout of the office. And finally I learned how to write a check properly.
